Committed to access for all, Dr. Danika Tynes, founder of Sustainable Access Foundation (SAF) and Fulbright Roster Appointee, is motivated to obtain results for organizations seeking to better understand, be more efficient in, and effectively navigate the diffusion of innovation domain; to help activated individuals and communities be better positioned to create sustainable value and solutions for the populations they serve. Dr. Tynes approaches her work through open dialogue, engagement, and coordinated cohesion for community-driven development, allowing for agility, scalability, innovation, and impact. Leveraging innovative insights including best practices, technological advancements, analytics, as well as past experience and expertise, Danika contributes predictably impactful co-creative collaborations that can be operationalized in harmony with community objectives for sustainable legacy-building.
As a strategic advisor and health systems professional for the past 20+ years, Danika has implemented numerous enterprise-wide systems, consumer-directed care solutions, telehealth solutions, project management offices, independent verification and validation solutions, operations management tools, Medicaid systems, cloud-based tools, and data analytics models—all wrapped in organizational change management, all with an eye on best practice, all in an effort to further strengthen systems. Dr. Tynes is driven by creating opportunities for equity and access to healthcare for the world’s most vulnerable populations. Towards this aim, Dr. Tynes is actively engaged in policy and research to enable such access through her work in closing the digital divide and increasing digital literacy and inclusion.
Passionate about mindfulness, and psychosocial well-being, Danika also practices meditation, mindfulness, and principles of groundedness, in all aspects of work and relationships, as a foundation for realizing rooted engagement and inspired action.
